CARE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS:

If the product has suede backing it is not suitable for machine or hand washing. Dry cleaning is recommended for any products with backing materials.

- Avoid direct sunlight. This stops UV damage or fading of darker shaded products
- Shake rugs, cushions regularly
- Vacuuming can maintain look and cleanliness; make sure to vacuum with the growth of the fur. When vacuuming your rug, DO NOT use a rotating vacuum head attachment. Instead use a standard nozzle attachment.

DO NOT tumble dry, DO NOT dry on a radiator, DO NOT use bleach, DO NOT wash in hot water.

For large stains we suggest bringing your rug to a professional leather/sheepskin cleaner. (Make sure they are familiar with sheepskin cleaning).

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Please, contact us within: 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalised orders

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Digital downloads

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).

Conditions of return

The fur company MerinoMood originated in 1994 in the mountainous Kyrgyzstan by a large family: a father, who engaged with shepherds and bought sheepskins, mother, and grandmother, who were responsible for the design and its implementation, and the grandfather – an accountant. With the benefit of time and many sleepless nights, their efforts paid off - a small family business became recognized in Kyrgyzstan, and it started conquering new peaks abroad.
